Program overview

Three things, kept deliberately separate.

The KFC Agro-Access Estate splits land, estate services and farming income into three clean lanes — so it's always obvious what you're paying for, and what's on you.

A

Land Access

A right-of-use lease on a fully measured, marked plot — nothing more, nothing less.

  • Strictly a land lease, not a sale
  • Land measured and marked before handover
  • Independent of service charges and farm output
Built for seasonal & short-cycle crops — permanent crops aren't permitted, and improvements aren't compensated on exit.
B

Estate Services

A shared layer that keeps the whole community secure and accessible.

  • Perimeter security
  • Borehole & centralised water infrastructure
  • Access road maintenance & site management
Not covered
  • Diesel, power & individual pumping costs
C

Farmer Support

Once your plot is producing, our ecosystem helps move it to market.

  • Market linkage & aggregation support
  • Guaranteed produce purchase — up to 90% buy-back
  • Optional logistics coordination
Cassava growers get first call on our Food Arm buy-back programme.
Water infrastructure

Water is shared.
Pumping is yours.

The estate runs one central borehole and water-access system for the whole community. Getting that water onto your specific plot — pumping, storage and irrigation — is part of running your farm.

Splitting it this way keeps the shared system reliable while you control your own pumping schedule and running costs — operational independence for you, sustainable maintenance for the estate.

Estate provides

  • Central borehole & water access system
  • Estate-wide distribution infrastructure
  • Ongoing maintenance of shared lines

You bring

  • Generator or solar pumping system
  • Water storage tank(s)
  • Internal irrigation setup

Fee covers

  • Security
  • Water infrastructure maintenance
  • Estate administration
  • Access road & perimeter upkeep

Fee excludes

  • Diesel or fuel costs
  • Individual pumping operations
  • Private irrigation power
  • Farm-level operating costs
Service fee structure

One predictable fee.
No surprises.

Estate charges are billed monthly or on an agreed periodic schedule — with no exceptions.

Perimeter security is delivered on a best-effort basis as part of this fee. No system — ours or anyone else's — can guarantee absolute protection against unforeseen events, and arrangements are reviewed periodically to stay effective.
Farming model

Farm it your way.
Sell with our help.

Farming is decentralised — every tenant runs their own plot, and management doesn't interfere with how you cultivate it.

  • Suited to cassava, yam, rice, vegetables and more
  • Cassava growers get guaranteed off-take through our Food Arm
  • No restrictions on chemicals or farming methods
  • Temporary structures — sheds, stores, fencing — are allowed
