What is the expected return on investment (ROI)?

ROI depends on your chosen strategy. If you lease your farmland, you can earn ₦300k per acre yearly, meaning in 6.5 years your initial investment is fully recovered. With farming, potential profits vary based on crop/livestock yields.

Can I lease out my farmland instead of farming on it?

Yes. You can lease your land to Zenith City Foods Ltd, which will handle farm operations and pay you ₦300k per acre per year.

What crops or livestock can I farm on the land?

You can cultivate cash crops like maize, cassava, vegetables, and plantain, or rear livestock like poultry, fish, and cattle — depending on your investment plan.

How much can I earn yearly from farming or leasing the land?

Leasing to Zenith City Foods Ltd: ₦300k per acre annually. Farming profit depends on crop selection, weather conditions, and market prices.

How long will it take to start seeing returns?

For leased farmland, you start earning from the first year. If you choose farming, your ROI depends on your crop cycle — usually 3–6 months for short-term crops.

Will Zenith City Foods Ltd guarantee buying my farm produce?

Yes. Zenith City Foods Ltd will purchase your farm produce at competitive market prices.

Can I partner with other investors to buy and manage the land?

What happens if farming is not profitable in a given year?

What if I want to resell my land in the future?

You can resell your land anytime. The value is expected to appreciate over time.

Can I get a Certificate of Occupancy (C of O)?

Yes, but only Zenith Hill City Ltd's surveyor can process legal documents like C of O and Registered Survey.

What happens if I miss an installment payment?

If you fail to pay for 3 months, you must pay the full current price to continue.

Can I transfer my land ownership to another person?

Yes. You must submit a Letter of Transfer of Ownership to Zenith Hill City Ltd when you want to sell to your client.

How soon will I get my documents after full payment?

Documents will be issued after full payment of land, documentation, and allocation fees.

Is the land registered under Zenith Hill City Ltd or another entity?
